The Service Provider collects personal data as necessary within the scope of services requested by the user. This includes, but is not limited to, the following information (and may also include other related information):
- Identity and Contact Information: Name, Email, LINE ID, and Phone number.
- General Personal Information: Age range.
- Travel-related Information: Companion on trip details.
- Other Related Information: Any additional information provided by the user during the service that is necessary to facilitate coordination and travel arrangements.
2. Purposes of Data Collection and Use
The Service Provider processes personal data solely for the following purposes:
- To provide travel planning, recommendations, and forward booking links for users to complete bookings directly.
- To coordinate bookings or contact external establishments (such as providing phone numbers or LINE IDs to merchants or restaurants upon the user's request).
- To communicate, provide standby assistance, or deliver marketing information and updates regarding CallAways.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
The Service Provider will not sell or distribute your personal data to third parties for commercial gain, except in the following necessary circumstances:
- Third-party Operators: Transferring necessary information (e.g., phone number or LINE ID) to shops, restaurants, or transport/activity providers for booking or coordination purposes as instructed by the user.
- Data Processors: User data will be securely stored on reliable cloud infrastructure and database systems, specifically Google Drive and Supabase.
4. Data Retention Period
The Service Provider will retain the personal data of users until requested to delete by the user. This is to ensure convenience in service delivery and maintaining user history for future re-engagement.
5. Data Subject Rights and Opt-out Mechanism
Users hold legal rights under the PDPA to access, request a copy, rectify, or delete their personal data. This includes the right to withdraw consent from receiving marketing communications (Opt-out) at any time.
